Y/N had just finished her shift at the bar. Normally, she would clock out at exactly 12:00 a.m., but tonight was different. The place had been packed with customers, forcing the staff to stay longer than usual.
By the time she finally left, it was already 12:50 a.m.
Exhausted, Y/N let out a tired sigh as she walked down the quiet streets. Her feet ached from standing for hours, and all she wanted was to get home, take a quick shower, and get some sleep before her 7:00 a.m. class.
"Just a little longer..." she muttered to herself.
To save time, she decided to take a shortcut through a narrow alley she occasionally used. The route was much faster, and at that moment, getting home as soon as possible was all she could think about.
The night was unusually silent.
As Y/N continued walking, she suddenly noticed a figure step out from the shadows.
Before she could react, the stranger blocked her path.
"Hand over your valuables," he demanded.
Y/N froze in fear, clutching her bag tightly. Her heart pounded against her chest as she took a cautious step backward.
"I-I don't want any trouble..." she said, her voice trembling.
The situation quickly spiraled out of control. In the struggle that followed, Y/N was injured before the man snatched her purse and belongings.
Without another word, the robber fled into the darkness.
Y/N collapsed onto the cold pavement, feeling weaker with every passing second. The alley remained silent, the distant city lights seeming so far away.
Alone and frightened, she stared up at the night sky, desperately hoping that someone would find her before it was too late.
